Abstract: Knowledge service is the service to solve problems for user. Service provider should design and create working methods by using professional knowledge and professional tools, according to user＇s problems and solution target. The generation of ubiquitous knowledge environment brings new opportunities and challenges to the library knowledge service. This paper expounds the concept of ubiquitous knowledge environment, and discusses some measures of knowledge service of university libraries under ubiquitous environment.
