Improving Service Quality, Building the People's Learning Paradise :Taking Nanjing Library as an Example

Abstract: Based on the working practice, focusing on the free opening and service first concept, this paper introduces the main achievements obtained by Nanjing Library. This paper also analyzes the existing problems and points out the next step work, that is to say, updating the service concept, deepening the service depth and improving the service quality must be strengthened.
