Abstract: It means a great deal to Improve public librarian professional awareness, to implement the policy of public li- braries free openness, promote the development of public libraries, and build public cultural system of social- ism. It is not only an obligation of public library but also the responsibility of public librarians themselves must take to get the opportunity to rediscover the public library and the library profession, reshape the image of li- brarians, improve public librarians＇ professional awareness.
