Abstract: In micro reading era, the reading object and reading way of university students presents new characteristics. Reading promotion of university library must accommodate the new changes. University library should carry out reading promotion works by setting up a reading promotion to provide micro reading service, enriching forms of reading activities, advocating the： reading interactivity and diversification.
