Abstract: In the basis of information service occupation qualities of librarians in the new environment, the feasibility anal-ysis of the new location of role of librarians, the library only focus on staff training information expert librarians,can the librarians in the information technology era has gradually become a developing information services ex-pert, become the information expert can solve the reader information needs of practical problems in the new en-vironment of the library.
