Abstract: Mobile reading promotes the access and share of information, but also presents great challenges on the protec-tion of intellectual property, causing a lot of copyright issues. There are some contradictions between mobile reading and copyright protection in the aspect of the digitization of library resources, the scope of use, and the format of mobile reading; mobile reading has also impacted on the copyright, such as the failure of control of copyright, the stress on the right of communication, and the difficulties to determine the reasonable use and the tort liability; The development of mobile reading also makes copying more complex and it ＇s easier to cause infringement.
