Abstract: Drawing lessons from the new concept of document acquisition of domestic university libraries, this paper estab-lishes the corresponding relationship between different literature demands of different users and different types of documents to form a two-dimensional table of supply and demand. According to the regulation of document acquisition assigning priorities and requirements, it designs codes and decision weights. To fill in combination codes and combination weights in the two-dimensional table makes acquisition librarian grasp the demand of readers,and carry out document acquisition with consulting combined weights.
