Abstract: Collaborative digital reference service, which is high-end service form, is recognized for best reference. Some Area and the university libraries have launched this service, and have made some achievements. Meanwhile Collaborative digital reference service in Liaoning is still very weak in its infancy. This paper structures crowdsourcing model for collaborative digital reference service in Liaoning by idea of crowd-sourcing.
