Abstract: Under the background of carrying out the education of the socialist core value in university campus, the law quality of librarians in the university affects the ability and the level of service of libraries. This paper analyses the status quo and feature of the law quality of librarians in universities through the questionnaire survey and interviews, finds the general problems, puts forward the countermeasure to improve the law quality of librarians in university libraries.
