国外高校图书馆数字资源采访困境及解决策略案例探析

Abstract:

Electronic journals are very important for building the library material collection, but the purchasing cost increasing year by year restricts the development of libraries both at home and abroad. This paper analyzes the foreign library e-journals acquisition dilemma, introduces and discusses the practices of the library of UO and SIUC to provide theoretical and practical supports for cope with big deal dilemma of domestic libraries.
