高校图书馆创客空间服务质量评价指标的建构与应用 *——以西安航空学院图书馆为例

Abstract:

The Learning Commons is an important service in many university libraries, but there is short of a scientific evaluation standard. Firstly, this paper sets up a service quality evaluation system by literature research, and then it was modified by the user interviews. At the last, for the purpose of verifying the feasibility of the evaluation system, the paper describes the status and satisfaction about the Learning Commons in the library of Xi'an Aeronautical University by questionnaire.
