我国高校图书馆校友服务现状与启示——以香港地区八所高校为例

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper researches the alumni service of eight university libraries in Hong Kong,such as the column construction of alumni service,books borrowing,usage of electronic resources,reference consultation service,public facilities open and service fee.It considers that the university library of mainland should provide alumni service actively based on the experience of the university library in Hong Kong,and puts forward some suggestions on alumni service.

图书馆名称	校友电子资源服务详情
香港大学图书馆	香港大学图书馆之友（C0F)毕业生白金卡持有者享有远程使用10, 000种电子期刊和60, 000多种电子书的权限。图书馆建有电子资源校友电子图书馆网页, 进去有按各种分类可登入的电子资源数据库。
香港中文大学图书馆	持有香港中文大学校友图书证的校友均可申请校友数码图书馆服务（DLSA)。图书馆建有专门针对校友的电子资源资料库列表网页（数据库个数高达120多个）。居于海外之中大校友亦欢迎订阅此服务。
香港科技大学图书馆	建有校友电子资源网页,共有可供使用的数据库27个,持有香港科技大学学位证的学生可以享受这项服务。
香港理工大学图书馆	香港理工大学毕业生申请校友图书证即拥有远程登入部分电子资源的权限,并可以申请使用电子资源的权限。校友可使用的校外登入电子数据库达80个之多, 图书馆建有具体的校友可使用数据库列表网页（按数据库名称首字母排列）。
香港城市大学图书馆	香港城市大学图书馆校友可远程登入部分图书馆电子资源。建有专门的校友可使用电子资源数据库列表（64个）。校友可以单独申请使用电子资源。
香港浸会大学图书馆	毕业生可以申请远程登入部分电子资源的毕业生服务包服务（37个数据库）,图书馆建有专门的数据库列表。
香港岭南大学图书馆	拥有远程访间电子资源权限的校友卡持有者才能远程登入部分电子数据库。图书馆建有校友可登入电子数据库列表网页（23个）。
香港教育学院图书馆	香港教育学院图书馆阅读证与借书证持有者均可远程登入部分电子数据库。图书馆标记了具体的校友可登入电子数据库（15个）。

图书馆名称	校友借书证服务内容
香港大学图书馆	校友白金卡：允许借书48本和6种试听资料_：校友借书证：允许借书12本和6种视听资料。
香港中文大学图书馆	校友借书证一次可借的资料上限为20册,借阅期限为30天,可续借次数5次,预约限额为 2次。（注：所有外借馆藏均有可能因其他读者预约而被缩短借阅期限至14天）。
香港科技大学图书馆	校友图书证持有者一次可借的资料上限为20件,包括图书和媒体资料。图书借期是4个周, 媒体资料是7天。可以使用预定和续借服务等。
香港理工大学图书馆	外借图书的上限是15本,借期是28天,可以续借2次。视听资料的外借限额是2项,指定参考资料外借限额是4项。可以预定。
香港城市大学图书馆	校友借书证持有者可借资料的上限是10件,借期是30天。限城市图书馆流通的图书。媒体资料外借限额是1件,仅限在馆内使用。指定参考资料的外借限额是2件。
香港浸会大学图书馆	仅借阅权限服务包外借限额50本书,借期20个周,续借借期20个周,预定限额是3件。
香港岭南大学图书馆	校友借书证持有人一次可借的资料上限为20件,图书、保存2天、保存7天的指定参考资料外借限额为10件,保存3小时的指定参考资料,CD-ROM数据库,特藏外借限额是5件,视听和多媒体资料外借限额是5件。可以使用图书馆的预约服务。
香港教育学院图书馆	校友借书证持有人一次可借的资料上限为15件,预约上限是5件。可以借阅：一般图书,借期30天;教学资料、儿童图书、台湾文学特藏,借期14天。媒体资料、学校教科书,借期 14天。

图书馆名称	费用
香港大学图书馆	校友白金卡一年550港币;毕业生借书卡成本费35港币,500港币押金;毕业生阅读卡工本费35港币。
香港中文大学图书馆	一年期费用是150港币,折扣费用是130港币;5年期费用是450港币,折扣费用是430港币。
香港科技大学图书馆	每年费用为100港币,香港科技大学校友协会会员或者香港科技大学校友信用卡持有者可以免于收取第一年的年费。
香港理工大学图书馆	免费
香港城市大学图书馆	校友借书证的全年年费是300港币。
香港浸会大学图书馆	校友借阅证一年300港币,远程访问电子资源权限一年300港币。
香港岭南大学图书馆	免费
香港教育学院图书馆	阅读证：免费,制作成本50港币：借书证：一年250港币（持有本校东亚银行联系卡,年费为125港币）,押金1,000 港币。
