Abstract:

The online choosing platform of publications exchange has been used since 2011 by the National Library of China. With the rapid development of information technology and digital publishing, the platform faces challenges such as technology, digital resources and functional expansion. This paper puts forward some suggestions on upgrading the platform, and tries to explore the new idea of platform design, the platform infrastructure and the method to upgrade, in order to improve platform competitiveness, promote the sustainable development of business exchange and fulfill the purpose of cultural exchange functions.
