Abstract:

Through the web-based survey and field work, this paper analyzes the characteristic of the disabled in public libraries, investigates the service for the disabled in public libraries and digital libraries, and considers that the information equity, increasing service awareness, enhancing service publicity, improving the digital library construction for the disabled should be paid more attention in public libraries.
