Abstract:

The paper tries to solve the problems about the cross-functional team membership management in the university library. The practice of cross-functional team membership management in Dalian Medical University Library is held to test and verify the effect. The paper discusses how cross-functional team membership brings the benefits and costs to the individual, team and organization,points the key factors and puts forward more effective management strategy to improve management level of the university library.
