人才是欠发达地区村级综合性文化服务中心建设的关键——以江西省为例

Abstract

Abstract:

Talent as “software” of the construction of the public cultural services is the key to promote the construction of a comprehensive service center of cultural factors. How to break through the talent “bottle” becomes one problem of a village comprehensive cultural service center construction. This paper investigates and analyses the problem of the cultural talent team construction of eight townships in Wuning of Jiangxi province, and puts forward some strategies to solve the problem.
