Abstract:

Under the background of the development and construction data of domestic and international think- tank, this paper compares the differences of think-tank mode between university and college libraries, uses the experimental data of university library and related statistical data of the ministry of education in recent years, analyses deeply the characteristics of think-tank mode of university library, such as information resources specialization, diversification of intellectual achievement, service to participate in the dynamic. At last, this paper puts forward some patterns of innovation value and service content of university library, namely, improving the capacity of the supply side of the public cultural services, promoting the depth of the elite culture and popular culture fusion, promoting cultural undertakings and cultural industries depth fusion value innovation and providing the dynamic service innovation by use of professional characteristics of knowledge and information resources, modern information platform and method.
