Abstract:

The key reform of corporate governance of public library in Jiangxi is to organize the board,the soul of the reform is institutional innovation,successful reform requires a package of financial,personnel and institutional arrangements. The reform of corporate governance of public library in Jiangxi makes progress in optimization decision,staff help,consultation and assessment,evaluation feedback,but there are some problems in the reform such as a mere formality board,the lack of relevant supporting policies,the lack of social honor mechanism.
