Abstract:

Government purchasing library services has promoted the diversification of library service supply patterns. This paper argues that competitive supply of library services is opening access to diversified subjects according to the nature in the process and link,introducing diversified competition subjects,forming competitive supply of library services pattern. Finally,it puts forward some suggestions on the implementation of the competitive supply of library services such as opening access,rapidly cultivating and regulating the library service market,distinguishing between decision-making and production,making competitive arrangements for the production process,safeguarding the consumer sovereignty,strengthening top design and government capacity building.
