Abstract:

Under the background of "Double World-classes", in order to accelerate the advance of universities in Hubei province, this paper establishes reasonable research revolution index system based on metrology theory. In terms of the American ESI database, the paper takes the universities of Hubei province which being ranked in ESI as the research object, considers the paper output to analyze their scientific research competitiveness, and makes some recommendations for the development and existing problems of these universities.
