The WeChat Public Platform Service Mode of the University Library Based on the Concept of Eco-marketing: Taking University Libraries of Guangdong Province as Examples

Abstract:

This paper empirically studies the operation of WeChat platform of university libraries in Guangdong province. Based on the theory of three stages of sell pre-marketing, marketing, sales marketing in eco-marketing, it establishes the WeChat public platform service mode of the university library through platform promotion, user experience and user feedback.
