Abstract:

According to the problem that the number of documents published in recent years become more and more specialized while the efficiency of document acquisition of library reduced, the software which helps the librarian to learn about the basic information of books is designed and realized. The software which uses the JAVA language can collect the information of books automatically from the internet to reduce the working hours of the librarian. The experimental result shows that it can reduce the time spent by about 7% of the interview of books, especially in the professional books acquisition. It proves that the tool can improve the efficiency of the document acquisition.
