我国高校机构知识库资源著作权管理及对策研究 *

Abstract

Abstract:

By combing the attribution of copyright of different types of academic achievements in universities, this paper divides text resources and non-textual materials to explore the full-text copyright of academic achievements. Taking current policies of institutional repository of Xiamen University, Peking University and Xi'an Jiaotong University as examples, it puts forward that “fair use” and “legal permission” should be applied flexibly in the construction of institutional repository to make academic communication under the protection of copyright and to build alliance cloud platform to obtain collective authorization to avoid infringement from the publisher.
