Abstract:

In 2015, Chinese CPC central committee and the state council proposed "accelerating the digital construction of public cultural services" and the "Internet plus" action plan. To understand the situation of the construction of Chinese public digital cultural service, literature review and network survey are applied to collect the information of existing public digital cultural services platforms in China. Content analysis is used to analyze the basic functions and characteristics of these platforms. This paper try to form a general picture of the development situation of Chinese public digital cultural service, and discuss how the digitalization construction of public cultural services do benefits the equalization of public service. We also put forward the corresponding optimization path for the existing platforms.
