Abstract:

This paper analyses the present situation of the utilization and sharing of course teaching resources of literature retrieval and utilization in Qinghai university under the background of“Internet +”,elaborates construction elements of the utilization and sharing of course teaching resources of literature retrieval and utilization,and discusses the construction of the utilization and sharing system of course teaching resources of literature retrieval and utilization in Qinghai university under the background of“Internet +”.
