Abstract

Abstract:

In recent years,the think-tank construction in China offers an opportunity for the development of regional libraries and information institutions.To make full use of the collection and focus the function mining of the think-tank of regional libraries and information institutions,this paper elaborates the main problem faced by local libraries and information institutions,and makes some suggestion on function positioning,management,human resource and incentive.
