关于我国《公共图书馆法》的立法基础问题分析

Abstract

Abstract:

The Law of the People's Republic of China Public Library is the first special law set up in China for the library, which has milestone in the history of Chinese law and the history of library development. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the related issues of the legislative basis of the public library law, in order to better promote the implementation and improvement of the public library law, and ensure the rapid and healthy development of the library cause in China.
