Abstract:

On the basis of presenting the standard structure for the scientific work throughout the world, this paper points out that the Chinese scientific document exists structural defects such as omission and unstandard in the author’s brief introduction, reference and index, which lowers the learning level of work and the scientific exchange. It discusses that the structural standardization of Chinese scientific documents is a system conversion. Only when the author, edit and government departments make concerted efforts, can we put an end to the present backwardness in the document structure.

Key words: scientific document, document structure, omission of assistant script, unstandard of assistant script, standardization for document form
