Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Outsourced Employees: Case Study of Shenzhen Primary Library

Abstract:

High-quality talents have become the resource of the library development. How to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of young employees and in line with the development of the group management system features has become an important research topic in human resource management of libraries. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the management of outsourcing of young employees by questionnaire the investigation and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
