Abstract:

The reading promotion activities of University Libraries conform to the three major characteristics of the project. Based on the theory and tools of project management, this paper makes a brief project management design of Guangdong Polytechnic Vocational College Library's "Yueyue Reading Month" series activities in 2018 by using the five processes of project start-up, planning, execution, monitoring and closing, and discusses the operation mode of reading promotion project management in University libraries. Several considerations on the implementation of project management in reading promotion of university libraries are put forward.
