Abstract:

The core skills that consist of flexible use of information technology to promote the cross-border integration, developing and managing scientific data, reconstructing and integrating digital resources based on big data, acquiring and mining user behavior data, super user experiencing, setting standards and ensuring data security must be possessed by university librarians,and the research-based services of the university library in internet plus era will expand on the contents that data development, knowledge mining and discovery, personalized precise push, space reconstruction and utilization.
