Application of Six Sigma Theory in Library Service Performance Management: After the Evaluation of LibQUAL+

Abstract: LibQual+ is a method for evaluating library service quality.Library managers can master the first data of improving service performance management by the analysis of reader' s satisfaction degree using LibQual+.Six Sigma is a high level management method,which can enhance the service quality of library.h is much beneficial for library to use Six Sigma for improving business process of library.
