Abstract:

The comprehensive strength of the library is influenced by a good deal of factors, such as scale, investment, development history, team construction. Usually it is directly proportional to its size. But the utilization rate of the library is not entirely proportional to the size, the index can better reflect the library utilization degree and dependence degree of the reader. The comprehensive scale of the library and the user’s utilization rate is the most accurate comprehensive strength of the library.
