Abstract: More and more people can enjoy the services from library and become its users because of the public welfare of library.By analyzing the public welfare, developing trends,diversified services and information technology of library services,this paper draws a new conclusion--the socialization of library users,and puts forward some questions that should be studied further in the process of the socialization of library users.
