Abstract: Libraries in higher education institutes are comparatively facing the insufficiency of librarian because of enlarging enrollment, therefore employment of student-llbrarian is the solution to the situation. However, the employment results in some problems. Based on the analysis of current problems from employment of student-librarian the paper suggests some effective methods.
