Abstract: The information policy and regulations of library is important to the development of library.But the information policy and regulations of library is not perfect in China.we should strengthen the study of the information policy and regulations of library from management system,outlay management,human resource, information service and intellectual property. At the same time,libraries should try their best to influence the establishment of the information policy and regulations in order to get a perfect development environment.
