Abstract: The promulgation and implementation of the Protection Regulations on Information Transmission through Network（PRITN） has exerted significant influences on libraries in digital age. This article first elaborates the background of PRITN, then analyzes the influences of PRITN on libraries, and finally points out some countermeasures that libraries can adopt after implementing PRITN.
