Abstract: The perfection in contents and forms reflects what harmonious beauty in libraries as a whole ,which gets kinds of work involved in libraries such as resources acquisition and processing,library services as well as library decoration and library architecture .The paper concentrates on the harmonious beauty of the libraries from the view of the aesthetics, and proposes how to attain the conditions in perfect contents and forms in libraries.
