Abstract: Constructing the network ethics of China should take Chinese traditional morality culture as the base , Chinese socialist moral sense as the leading factor,absorb reasonably the network ethics from abroad with open sense and critical attitude ,so that to construct a network ethics that will accord with Chinese state,reflect the advantage of socialist morality and be agreed by Chinese netmen widely.
