Abstract:

To determine the role of Public Library in local cultural protection has great significance for the protection and inheritance of historical culture, building distinctive local culture and opening modern culture system. This paper takes a case study of south of the Five Ridges culture, analyzes the pre-role of public library in the local culture, the protection of public awareness and the current role.
