Abstract:

It is an important way to realize the resource sharing to set up the library alliance of Huaxi Guiyang University gathering area, which is the requirement of the social development. The League should establish a reasonable structure of leadership, formulate practical and feasible rules and regulations, and seek the support of policy funds in the direction of stage work objectives. It's necessary to establish information sharing service platform, focus on the integration and utilization of digital resources, strengthen personnel training and the introduction of efforts to provide human support for the development of the alliance.
