Abstract:

Taking the female librarian of university libraries as the research object, this paper uses the happiness model to calculate and build the happy psychological multiplier, and constructs the corresponding psychological index system to analyze the factor that affects the positive psychological and negative psychology of the female librarian. According to the happiness model and psychological analysis system, it puts forward some countermeasures to improve the psychological status of university female librarians both from the negative attitude prevention and positive attitude training.
