Abstract: Prisoners need to receive education reform to learn basic skills and thought in order to return and integrate into society. Prison library is an effective tool to assist the prisoners in learning and education. Based on analysis of current situation of prison library and requirement of prisoner education reform, electronic resources in category of culture and education, career skill，policies and regulations, hobbies and interests were selected to their education, which include political education as keynote, culture education as basis, and Professional education as focal point. The construction scheme of reform and education reading platform which include integrated resources, online education, personalized recommendation and supporting user analysis was proposed to push ahead the prison library into practice and development.
