Abstract: Library Association is the main form of current cooperation of Chinese libraries. The professionalism and work ability of librarians of the association members are the basis for ensuring the service level and quality of the association, and should be continuously improved as the needs of the association develop. Taking Anhui Public Library Association as research object, starting from the current situation of work and development needs, this article explores the necessity of constructing the association’s librarian training system and proposes feasible suggestions on how to establish training system.
