Abstract: This paper adopts the perspective of cultural plan, introduces the practical experience of theme parks at home and abroad, the overall planning of the cultural theme of Songshan Lake Ecological Park in Dongguan, the content planning scheme and planning characteristics of the Gougu Reading Theme Park, discusses the practical significance of reading theme parks from two aspects: cultural planning and public libraries.Thinking about the participation of public libraries in park planning, Two points of view are put forward: First, public libraries should strengthen the display of their values to the society, it is necessary to firmly hold the foundation of the innovation and development of public libraries.
