KANO Model Based Empirical Research on Students’Demand Characteristicsof University Information Literacy Course

Abstract: On the basis of KANO model,we divided the content and mode of university library information literacy course into 14 indicators from the perspective of undergraduate satisfaction.Taking China Three Gorges University as an example,through steps of questionnaire survey,data statistics and satisfaction analysis,we classified all the 14 indicators and ranked them in order of importance,and then,we analyzed and laid out the course demand status.And on the basis of course demand status,we carried out the factor improvement analysis fromthree levels:key factors,general factors and irrelevant factors,and we also proposed the satisfaction improvement strategy.The paper could be reference for the effect and student satisfaction improvement study of university library information literacy course.
