Abstract: College female librarians' occupational burnout is more and more obvious. Occupational burnout makes seriously negative influence on college female librarians' physical health and mental health, because there aremany reasons, such as social cognitive bias of library occupation, some factors of library work, the personality characteristics of female, and the lack of library laws and regulations. Library administrator should strengthenthe female librarians'job training, improve the working environment and management methods, implement EAP plan to female librarians, further improve the library professional admittance system to enhance the female h-brarians' cognition to the library occupation, and try to eliminate female hbrarians' occupational burnout.
