Abstract: Basic service projects of public library are all free under the background of free openness. With the increasing of readers＇ services demands, public libraries should expand service areas and extend service contents. Taking Fushun library as an example, this paper discusses the diversified services of public library under the back- ground of free openness to meet readers＇ needs.
