摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以学习型图书馆的馆员工作-家庭冲突和平衡作为研究视角．简要介绍学习型图书馆、图书馆知识型员工、工作-家庭冲突等理论知识。从社会、组织、家庭及个体四个层面分析馆员工作-家庭冲突影响因素．并针对这些影响因素提出了相应的平衡策略。

关键词: 学习型图书馆知识型员工工作一家庭冲突

Abstract: Taking librarian work-family conflict and balance of learning library as a research perspective,this paper briefly introduces the theoretical knowledge of learning library,intellectual worker of library and work-family conflict.Then it analyzes the influencing factors of librarian work-family conflict from the society, the organization,the family and the individual,and proposes the corresponding balanced strategies.
