摘要： 图书馆服务品格是图书馆服务的灵魂。从优秀的个人素质、合理的人员结构、健全的部门设置、系统的制度构建、开放的办馆理念、显著的自身特色等方面论述了图书馆优秀服务品格的创建。

Abstract: Library service character is the soul of library service.This paper elaborates the creation of outstanding service character in library from the excellent quality of persons,the reasonable structure of staff, the sound installation of deparment,the construction of systematic regulations, the open idea of library management and the significant characteristics of library.
